Returns & 90-Night Comfort Trial

At Dreamslo, we believe better sleep should come with peace of mind. That’s why every Dreamslo® pillow includes a 90-Night Comfort Trial.

If Dreamslo® isn’t the right fit for you, you may request a return within 90 nights of receiving your order by contacting us at:

Please include your order number and a brief reason for your return request.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • The pillow must be returned in good condition
  • The item must be free from stains, odors, excessive wear, or damage
  • A valid tracking number must be provided after shipment
  • The returned item must be received and inspected by Dreamslo

Please note that returns may not qualify for a refund if the product is returned in poor condition or shows signs of damage, misuse, or excessive wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
